Most of drivers can understand little English. They can understand you a bit.
2. Will the driver helps us to bring luggages to the car?
The driver will hold the welcome board with your name appeared at the outside of the security gate at the airport. After meeting you, he will help you to bring luggages to the car/can…
3. Do we need tour guide escort for airport transfer?
The tour guide will help you solve something at the airport (if have). He/she will present you something about country, city and others for your first trip in Vietnam. The tour guide will help you check in hotel then he/she leave after that.
4. Are your prices per car or per person?
We charge you per car not per person. Our prices are fixed and there is no hidden charge.
5. What will I do if we do not meet the driver or the escort guide?
When we confirm service to you, we will give you the escort guide’s cell phone so you can call him if you don’t meet him; or we will give you our hotline so you can call us at 00 84 907 798278, or 00 84 913 506856. Please don’t need leave the airport without informing us.
6. Can you guarantee that your driver will be at the airport on time?
The driver is always at the airport at leat 15 minutes before the flight arrives.
7. What happens if my flight delayed or early?
We check your flight status on day and you will inform us by phone if your flight delayed or early.
8. Do we need tip driver or escort guide?
Tipping is not a must in Vietnam. Tip is expected as a sign of appreciation for good services.
9. How to book Hanoi airport transfer?

12. Will my credit card information be secured?
We have set up the way of payment by credit card through the third party (BIDV bank, VIB bank). It’s safe and convenient since we can’t get access to any of your private information. You can trust us. After your payment is done, you will get scanned receipt via email then.
13. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes you can cancel or postpone. Cancelation fee will be applied as our policy.
14. If I have paid by cardit card and cancel my booking and can I get refund?
Yes, you can get refund less the cost of the credit card transaction fee and the cancellation fee
15. Any extra cost forealy morning or late evening?
Yes, surchage US$10 car if your flight departs Hanoi before 9AM and after 11:00PM and arrive in Hanoi before 8AM and after 11PM.

Noi Bai airport is located 28 miles (45 km) from the city’s downtown, so it can take 40-50 minutes by car. It is recommended for you to use some private transfer services of reputable travel companies or taxi firms such as Mai Linh, Hanoi Group, Noi Bai or take mini buses from Vietnam Airline. And remember to negotiate the price and make sure it includes the highway charge.
