Meeting point will be arranged at the restaurant, where will have a brief introduction of Vietnam cuisine. We then walk or take a cyclo ride to a local market where we will buy some fresh ingredients for our cooking class. Walk/cyclo back to the restaurant and start practicing to cook some Vietnam traditional dishes under instruction of our chef. Normally, we will learn to cook 3 dishes and spend some time in doing food decoration.
After that, we will sit down in a surrounding area and sample our effort. You will also be given a recipe from the restaurant as well as a gift/certificate for this class.
