Chuong Conical Hat Village, located in Thanh Oai district, Hanoi, is famous for its special product – conical leaf hat. The village attracts many people who not only come here to place orders but also witness the process of making “non”.

Palm leaf is the main material for making “non”. Leaf and bamboo hammocks may be imported from other provinces such as Phu Tho, Ha Tinh. The profession not only needs the artisans have the ingenuity, careful, but also love to do the job that his father had struggled storage and transmission.
