Nights in Hanoi are the most beautiful! If one day you come to Hanoi and could not sleep, you can step out into the street to hear breathing of Hanoi’s night, to see the classical and calm beauty of Hanoi. These nights contains both the idyllic quiet and authenticity of livelihoods.
Hanoi daytime is hustle and bustle! Sometimes I was swept away by the business of the city, and I properly do not have enough time to stop and watch the ancient beauty of 36 streets, of Thang Long thousand years of civilization again. So I have to wait until night when there is no congestion, stuffy inside to see clearly the beauty of ancient Hanoi.
Where can you go in Hanoi nightlife?
You can go anywhere you like, go through the familiar streets of Hanoi to find a quiet night. Then visit Restored Sword Lake (Hoan Kiem Lake) and stroll around Old Quarters in Hanoi to enjoy street foods or on cup of egg coffee.
If you have not already had chances to see the old houses, old streets in daytime, you will enjoy them at night. Apart from Hoan Kiem, Old Quarter, there are also Ba Dinh Square, West Lake, the Opera House, Ngo Quyen Street, Long Bien Bridge, Quang Ba flower market, Long Bien night market and so many other places to visit.
Streets in Hanoi are your restaurants!
Trekking around Hanoi and enjoy street foods is definitely your unforgettable experiences. I do not know many eateries night in Hanoi, there are a few places below I have prepared for myself but unfortunately have not visited the place at all:
– Terrace restaurant diner next to Dong Xuan night
– Beef 27 Hang Ngang (sale from 3pm to 5am)
– Chicken Noodle frequency intersection Hang Bo, Luong Van Can (5 pm – 11 pm)
– Fish Bun Hang Dau (Open 24/24)
– Xoi Yen (sale from 5 am to 1 hour per night)
In addition to the above addresses, there are also small street food stalls nearby night market.
Some notices are needed to know when getting around Hanoi at night.
Walking around at night is extremely interesting because it seems that the road is yours, the city is yours and everything is yours. But there are many things you should pay attention:
– The most convenient means of transportation is motorcycles, but you should remember to refuel gas because it is often difficult to find gas station at night. Or it is more convenient for you to have your own bike.
– Should not go alone, at night you may have some troubles for example theft, robbery, and drug. You should avoid dark or empty places.
– Dress warmly, bring identification card, and not bring a lot of money and valuable belongings (phones, jewelry, ect).
