It’s 2,53km long, stretching from Buoi to Pham Van Dong Street. This is new street named in July, 1996.
Hoang Quoc Viet (1902 – 1992) born in Bac Ninh province. He was a patriot and also held many important positions of the Government and Vietnam National Assembly.
