It’s 1,52km long, from Hoa Muc bridge, linking Lang Ha and Khuat Duy Tien road. This is new street named in August, 2005.
Le Van Luong (1914 – 1995) real name is Nguyen Cong Mieu, born in Van Giang district, Hung Yen province. He was a communist of Vietnam. He held many important positions of the Government. He is a younger brother of writer Nguyen Cong Hoan.
