Do Ngoc Du (1907 – 1938), was born in Thuong Phuc village, Ta Thanh Oai commune, Thanh Tri district, Hanoi, Vietnam. He was one of 7 people set up the first branch of community and set up Indochina Communist party. In March 1930, he became provisional secretary of Hanoi People’s committee. He was in prison in Con Dao island and free in 1936 but he got serious sick and died after that in Hanoi.
