It’s 1,8km long, from Tien bridge on Giai Phong street, to X2 building of Nothern Linh Dam. This is new street named in December, 2006.
Nguyen Huu Tho (1910 – 1996), born in Long An province. He was a communist of Vietnam. He held many important positions of the Government.
