Your tour begins when the local guide picks you up at your hotel or can meet up at the appointment. The class will start at 9:30 and it lasts 3.5 hours. Let’s begin with the market trip! The Nua Market, a bustling hub with the distinctive characteristics of the Northern Delta and echoes of Hanoi’s traditional market dating back to the 11th century. Our local guide will lead you through this vibrant marketplace, showcasing the selection of main ingredients, herbs, and spices crucial to Vietnamese cuisine. Learn valuable tips for navigating and bargaining in the Vietnamese market, empowering you to engage like a seasoned local.

After securing the ingredients for our class, we’ll head back to the cooking kitchen. Our local chef will begin by sharing the principles and general methods for various dishes before guiding you directly through the preparation process. Afternoon in Tay Phuong Pagoda & Bamboo Dragonfly Village

After lunch, we transfer to Tay Phuong Pagoda where consists of three buildings built in a descending sequence on the hillside. The pagoda owns the construction dating from the 8th century. Here we have time to pass 239 steps made of laterite to get the pagoda sitting on a hill of 50 m in height. In the late afternoon, we will transfer back to Hanoi for departure. Trip ends.
