Full Itinerary of Cooking Class with Hanoi Cooking Centre’s Chief 

8.30 Welcome and greetings at Hanoi Cooking Center lobby with chief and special “La Han” tea, we sit down and listening chief present about our program today.

9.30 We walk down to Chau Long local market to visit and see the real local Hanoi market. There are vegetable section, raw pork and chicken section as well as cooked food. You will meet the friendly sellers and buyers. They know each other well because they meet daily every morning. In the market, you will discover many kinds of food and vegetable sometime only in Vietnam. And you will have many photo opportunities as well as chat with local.

12.00 After shopping, we walk back to the Hanoi Cooking Center, prepare for your amazing experience with chiefs. At get kitted out in your chef’s outfit whilst our chef talks you through today’s dishes. Then our chef will lead you through each dish, giving you plenty of opportunity to get involved in and hand on reproducing the flavors and enjoy on the dishes you have just prepared. We will also supply you with a recipe booklet containing all the information you need to reproduce an authentic taste back home as our slogan: Not only food but also local experience!

16.00 You all sit down and enjoy your own Vietnamese creations accompanied by local beer or wine plus receive detailed recipes cards to take home.
