Full Itinerary

8.45 Pick up at our hotel, we will walk or transfer to our meeting point at Highway 4 Restaurant in 5 Hang Tre Street.

9.30 From Highway 4 Restaurant, we will take a cyclo to Hom Market where we will have a guided tour around this bustling market. We will have chance to buy fresh ingredients for the cooking class.

10.00 After 30-minute touring around the market, we will take a cab back to the restaurant and enjoy a Welcome drinks before kitting out in chef outfits. We will receive menu booklets and briefing from our guide about today’s dishes.

We will then star trying our hands with 4 dishes including food decoration as well, normally are Catfish Spring rolls, special fried rice, Highway 4’s style grilled beef and Soybean pudding (Specific menu will be confirmed in advance).

12.00 After class, we will have lunch with what we have cooked, of course, with other dishes prepared by Highway 4’s Chef.

13.00 Receive a special gift from the restaurant and back to our hotel or free at leisure. Your Hanoi tour ends.
